We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase. If you are not happy with your oven or accessories, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product back into its original Gozney packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
